2024 LAKE CABLE ELEMENTARY WALK-A-THON SPONSORSHIP FORM
Friends of Lake Cable Elementary,
On Friday September 27, 2024 our students will participate in the annual Lake Cable
Walk-A-Thon. This PTO sponsored fundraiser helps our students to be actively involved in
raising money for their school. We need your support to make this year a success!
Your donations help make for a great year at Lake Cable Elementary School. We provide
our students with events that are educational and raise school spirit, like Back to School
Blast, Family Literacy Night, Boys Bash and Girls Gala. We support the hard work of our
teachers with classroom expense reimbursement, dinner on conference nights, and teacher
appreciation week. Last year we were able to finish supplying each classroom with an
amplification system. Amplification systems benefit our classrooms by providing all students
the ability to hear and understand the teacher clearly. They also improve student engagement
and participation in the classroom. We have a few new things for our students this year! New
this year is an outside presentation for our student body about community building, and it
involves lots of slime! We are also adding a presentation by a traveling planetarium to our
schedule, as well as a family movie night.
We are asking community businesses to help sponsor our event. We have four
sponsorship levels and additional information can be found on the following sponsor
registration form. Sponsorships received by August 31, 2024, will be displayed on the initial
parent handout regarding our event. New this year: we are changing our sponsor posters to
large vinyl signs that will hang on our school playground fence.
